Majority of women will experience pelvic floor dysfunction at some point in their life, and unfortunately there is a lack of support for return to activity, and misinformation - particularly in the initial period after having a baby

1 in 3 postpartum experience pelvic floor dysfunction

39% still have a diastis rectus abdominis (DRA) separation at 6 months postpartum

The likelihood of having an inactive lifestyle increases two-fold postpartum with 65% of women identifying themselves as inactive.

  • 4 For Your Core - Daily Program Offering

    *Coming Soon* A daily practise session of exercises to kick off the core remedy rehabilitation. The strengthening component can be done in 4 short minutes! Also includes bonus education, self assessment & a fascial release stretch session. Designed specifically with one program for vaginal birth or general core rehabilitation and another for caesarean deliveries.

  • The Core Remedy - Level 1 Foundation

    *Coming Soon* A comprehensive 10 week program that includes 4 sessions a week of a wide range of exercises to gradually and safely build your strength and core stability, as well as information sessions, self assessment and stretch sesh’s. Each week includes 3 x core remedy sessions, 1 x release session, 1 x information session and self assessment with bonus resources. Foundation members receive 10% off future purchases.

  • 10 week Course - Intermediate

    The Core Remedy - Level 2 Intermediate

    Another comprehensive program that builds upon the foundation to include high quality rehabilitation sessions, however increases the intensity, pace and includes resistance exercise. Each week includes 3 x core remedy sessions, 1 x release session, further education and bonus resources to take to the next level. Commencement of utilisation of strength equipment and more dynamic movement.

  • The Running Remedy

    A progressive 9 week return to running program that includes multiple audio enabled running prompts to assist with interval planning, 2 x weekly core remedy sessions and running postpartum specific education to assist build those km’s and high impact exercise in the safest was possible.

Each of our programs have been designed utilising the latest research by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
